Where My Journey Began
Raised in Los Gatos, California by immigrant parents, I was fortunate that my journey as a child started in a place where I had all the tools needed to pave a solid path in life. I grew up in a safe home, with a loving family who taught me to work hard and shoot for the stars. During my school years a passion for connecting with people developed. Between sports, student council, volunteering and academics, a flame was sparked in me, igniting a lifelong passion for fostering relationships and finding joy in helping others achieve their goals.
My greatest strengths are innovation, charisma, strategic thinking, interpersonal skills and developing talent. Some skills are innate, but much of what I learned came from my career in banking. I started as a bank teller at 17 years old and have spent my entire adult life working for two of the largest financial institutions in the world. With over two decades of dynamic leadership in the financial services industry, I learned early on the value of hard work and the power of meaningful connections.
Where My Road Has Led
My journey has been defined by a relentless drive to make a difference. As an Area President at Wells Fargo Bank, and later a Senior Vice President and Performance Manager at Bank of America, I had the honor of overseeing the performance of 180 financial centers and leading a team of over 1100 dedicated professionals. It was here that I honed my expertise in Revenue Growth, Customer Service, Team Member Experience, Talent Development and Risk Management.
Yet, beyond the boardroom, my true calling lies in serving others. Whether it's coaching employees towards their full potential, enhancing customer experiences, or enriching the communities we call home, my mission has always been clear: to leave a positive imprint on the lives of those I touch.
